It can be said that Super Mario Brothers 3 is what kept the NES alive when the Sega Genesis came out. Sega was out to get revenge because of the killing Nintendo gave their Master System. Super Mario Brothers 3 proved that you don't need a system more powerful to do amazing things. It has superior graphics to some games on Genesis, but has a huge edge in gameplay almost all games to date. Most likely you've played this game, but I know a few who haven't. I highly suggest you play this game because it rules!
